An anniversary and a life direction
The New York Times featured an editorial on January 8, 2014 from Gabrielle Giffords in which she talks about the direction she has taken in her life since her Traumatic Brain Injury from gun violence three years ago to the day. Ms. Giffords candidly addresses what has changed in her life and also talks about how she has refocused her life from her political career to one of advocacy for gun control. I cannot say more than to ask you to read Ms. Gifford’s editorial to learn how, through her injury, remarkable recovery and months of hard work in rehabilitation she has brought her life to a new focus.
