On May 29th, 2018,  Rolf B. Gainer, PhD and founder of the NRI will be the keynote speaker at the Washington State TBI Conference in Tacoma, WA. Dr. Gainer will present “Finding Self and Social Role Return: The Work of
Brain Injury Recovery.” The presentation will use the outcome validation data from the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute of Ontario, Community NeuroRehab of Iowa, and the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute of Brookhaven Hospital and other long-term outcome studies to identify the issues faced by individuals in the process of recovery of self and the return of social role functioning.

In addition to Dr. Gainer’s address, TBI Case Manager  Nancy Weber will be exhibiting at the conference in between workshops.
