Perception and Reality: Cultural Considerations
A study published in the March 2008 issue of the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology by Dr. Masuda and his colleagues addresses the issues of cultural differences in perception. The study highlights the differences between a person-centric bias which we see in the United States from a group-centric bias seen in Japan.
