Introducing Attorney Scott J. Corwin as a Guest Writer


When an individual sustains a brain injury through a type of accident, there can be a legal process to deal with in addition to the medical one.  This legal aspect is one that can add additional confusion to an already difficult situation.  According to Burzynski Elder Law firm, someone else’s negligence caused the individual’s brain injury, there may be a legal path to pursue in order to fund the high cost of treatment that will follow.  We would like to introduce a guest writer to our blog who has extensive experience in navigating these legal issues.

Attorney Scott J. Corwin has been practicing law for over twenty years.  He specializes in helping people who are victims of the negligence of others with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents.  Attorney Corwin has won many awards throughout his career.  Among these, he has been named Southern California Super Lawyer seven years in a row.  This award is attained through peer recognition and, thus, is a reflection upon Attorney Corwin’s professionalism and expertise in the field.  Attorney Corwin is a consumer advocate who has continuously worked to protect the civil justice system and consumer rights.  He devotes part of his time to doing pro bono legal work with parents of children with special needs.  Attorney Corwin maintains memberships in the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, the Brain Injury Association of America, Brain Injury Association of California, the International Brain Injury Association and the North American Brain Injury Society.
