Improving Our Brain and Body’s Ability to Function

Craig Phillips is a 61 year-old survivor of a brain injury and has done a tremendous amount to document his personal journey. He writes to let us know that:

“Over the course of the past 21 years, I have practiced repetitive mirrored movements by engaging the right and left sides of my body. In the process, I have seen significant progress in my brain and body’s ability to coordinate and execute skills and abilities. In the process, my well-being and quality of life has improved…”
