NCAA Announce New Concussion Guidelines, But Are They Strong Enough?
The NCAA has received harsh criticism for their lax concussion rules, and they have finally taken a step towards addressing the complaints by releasing a new set of guidelines for concussion safety, including restrictions that limit live contact football practices to two per week during the season. However, many are not pleased by the guidelines and maintain the NCAA is still being far too light-handed with the situation.
