Know how to protect your child from TBI [Infographic]

Children’s brains are constantly changing and growing. Unfortunately, that means they are also more vulnerable to brain injuries and can be more susceptible to long-term effects of concussions or traumatic brain injuries.

This is why it is so important for parents to not only able to recognize the signs of concussions in kids but also put effective concussion prevention strategies into action before your child can ever be injured.

To help you be better prepared to protect your child from concussions or traumatic brain injuries, the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland put together an infographic explaining the most common causes of TBI in children, as well as effective prevention strategies to reduce the risk of TBI in children.
